Customer safety and protection

Your safety is our priority.

If you suspect that you have been a victim of online shopping fraud, we recommend that you follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service immediately

If you have placed an order through our e-shop and have any doubts about its progress, please contact us immediately:

Our staff will check the status of the order and, if necessary, cancel the payment or stop the shipment of the goods.

2. Contact your bank

If you paid by credit card, contact your bank as soon as possible and:

  • request a payment complaint (so-called chargeback),

  • Find out about the options for returning an amount that was wrongly deducted.

Banks have established procedures to protect clients in the event of fraudulent transactions.

3. File a criminal complaint

If you suspect intentional fraudulent activity, we recommend filing a criminal report with the Police of the Czech Republic / Police of the Republic of Croatia (Policija RH).

Prepare:

  • order confirmation,

  • all communication with the e-shop,

  • payment documents (account statement, transaction confirmation).

Recommendations for safe shopping

  • Shop only from verified e-shops with reviews and a contact address.

  • Check that the web address begins with https:// and that the security certification is valid.

  • Avoid suspiciously low prices and requests for immediate payment outside of the e-shop.
