Decree on the disposal of batteries and accumulators
In accordance with Croatian legislation, in particular the Act on Sustainable Waste Management (NN 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19, 84/21) and the Regulation on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators (NN 111/15, 126/19), we are obliged to inform our customers about the rules regarding the handling of batteries and accumulators.
1. Take-back obligation
Every end user is obliged to return used batteries and accumulators to designated places. Used batteries that ACTION YACHTS doo places or has placed on the market can be returned free of charge to our shipping warehouse:

2. Prohibition of disposal in mixed waste
Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of together with municipal waste.
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the battery indicates that the battery must be handed over for environmentally friendly disposal or recycling.
3. Labeling of harmful substances
The following symbols may appear on batteries:
Pb = battery contains more than 0.004% lead by weight,
Cd = battery contains more than 0.002% cadmium by weight,
Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005% mercury by weight.
4. User responsibility
The customer is obliged to return used batteries for environmentally friendly disposal. This contributes to environmental protection and the safe processing of hazardous substances.
This regulation is valid from February 1, 2025 and applies to all products purchased from ACTION YACHTS d.o.o.
